SUSPENSION POLICY
1. PURPOSE
This Termination & Account Suspension Policy (“Policy”) defines the conditions under which Infee may:
- suspend accounts,
- disable stores or campaigns,
- freeze commissions or payouts,
- permanently terminate user access.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Master Terms of Use, Merchant Agreement, Influencer Agreement, and related policies.
2. GROUNDS FOR TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
Infee may temporarily suspend an account, store, or campaign where:
- tracking integration becomes inactive or compromised,
- required tax or identity information is missing,
- payment obligations remain unpaid,
- fraud indicators are detected,
- regulatory compliance review is ongoing,
- system abuse is suspected.
Temporary suspension may include:
- disabling affiliate links,
- pausing campaigns,
- restricting dashboard access,
- marking commissions as “under review.”
3. AUTOMATED INTEGRITY SUSPENSION
Where integration monitoring systems detect webhook/API inactivity or tracking disruption, the Merchant store may be automatically disabled.
Such suspension remains in effect until integration integrity is restored and verified.
No prior notice is required where system integrity is at risk.
4. PAYOUT FREEZE
Infee may freeze payouts where:
- commissions are under fraud review,
- refund or chargeback windows are active,
- tax information is incomplete,
- AML/KYC verification is pending,
- Merchant payment default affects commission funding.
Frozen funds do not constitute debt acknowledgment.
5. COMMISSION REVERSAL AFTER TERMINATION
If an account is terminated:
- unpaid commissions may be forfeited in case of breach or fraud,
- valid commissions may remain subject to reserve and refund windows,
- previously paid commissions may be clawed back where fraud is later confirmed.
6. PERMANENT TERMINATION
Infee may permanently terminate an account in cases of:
- confirmed fraud,
- intentional tracking manipulation,
- regulatory violations,
- repeated policy breaches,
- use of the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Termination may result in:
- permanent removal from the Platform,
- forfeiture of unpaid commissions,
- restriction from re-registering.
7. EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon termination:
- access to the Platform is revoked,
- active campaigns are stopped,
- outstanding balances are handled in accordance with applicable policies.
Provisions relating to liability, indemnification, tax responsibility, and dispute resolution survive termination.
8. APPEAL PROCESS
Users may submit a written appeal within fourteen (14) days of suspension or termination.
Infee may request additional documentation.
Infee’s final decision following review shall be binding unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. NO LIABILITY
Infee shall not be liable for:
- business interruption,
- lost revenue,
- reputational damage,
- campaign performance loss, resulting from lawful suspension or termination under this Policy.
10. POLICY UPDATES
Infee may amend this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
