1. SCOPE
This Commission & Payout Policy governs:
- commission calculation,
- payout structure,
- processing fees,
- reserve periods,
- reversals and clawbacks, for all users of the Infee Platform.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Master Terms of Use, Merchant Agreement, and Influencer Agreement.
2. COMMISSION RATE
The Merchant determines the commission percentage offered to Influencers for each campaign.
The commission rate:
- is set within the Platform dashboard,
- applies to eligible order value,
- may vary per campaign.
Infee does not modify the commission rate defined by the Merchant.
3. PLATFORM FEES
Infee charges the Merchant:
- a platform usage fee based on the selected subscription package, and/or
- performance-based fees as displayed in the Platform dashboard.
All pricing structures are defined within the Platform interface or official pricing documentation.
Infee reserves the right to modify pricing upon reasonable notice.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES
All transaction processing costs, including but not limited to payment processor fees and payout processing fees, are borne by the Merchant.
Such fees may be:
- deducted from amounts payable to the Merchant, or
- invoiced separately.
Processing fees may vary depending on transaction volume, currency, or payment method.
5. RESERVE PERIOD
All commissions are subject to a thirty (30) day reserve period.
The reserve period begins on the date of order confirmation.
During this period:
- commissions remain pending,
- refunds or chargebacks may result in reversal,
- fraud review may be conducted.
Only after the reserve period expires do commissions become eligible for payout.
6. MINIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLD
Influencer payouts are processed only once the account balance reaches a minimum threshold of fifty (50) EUR.
If the threshold is not reached, the balance rolls over to the following payout cycle.
Infee reserves the right to adjust the minimum payout threshold upon notice.
7. COMMISSION REVERSALS AND CLAWBACK
Commissions may be reversed in cases of:
- order cancellation,
- refund,
- chargeback,
- fraud detection,
- duplicate transactions,
- tracking manipulation.
If a commission has already been paid and is later invalidated, Infee reserves the right to:
- deduct the amount from future payouts,
- invoice the Influencer for repayment.
8. MERCHANT PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
The Merchant must settle all commission-related invoices issued by Infee.
If the Merchant fails to pay:
- Influencer payouts may be suspended,
- campaigns may be paused,
- the Merchant account may be suspended.
Infee bears no responsibility for payout delays caused by Merchant non-payment.
9. CURRENCY AND CONVERSION
Commissions are calculated in the currency defined by the Merchant campaign.
If currency conversion is required, conversion rates provided by the payment processor may apply.
10. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS
Commission availability depends on valid attributed sales.
Infee does not guarantee sales volume or earnings.
11. POLICY UPDATES
Infee reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
