POLICY
1. PURPOSE
This Anti-Fraud & Attribution Policy defines:
- the attribution methodology used by the Infee Platform,
- traffic validation standards,
- fraud detection principles,
- commission validation rules,
- investigation and enforcement procedures.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Master Terms of Use, Influencer Agreement, Merchant Agreement, and Commission & Payout Policy.
2. ATTRIBUTION MODEL
2.1 Last Valid Click Principle
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, attribution is based on the last valid click prior to a completed transaction.
The Influencer whose tracking link was last validly used before purchase shall be eligible for commission.
2.2 Cookie Attribution
Where applicable, the Platform may use cookie-based tracking with a standard attribution window of thirty (30) days.
If a user clicks multiple affiliate links:
- the most recent valid click overwrites previous attribution,
- only one Influencer may receive commission per transaction.
Cookie blocking, browser restrictions, or user privacy settings may affect tracking accuracy.
Infee is not liable for such limitations.
2.3 Webhook Attribution
Sales attribution is validated through webhook or API confirmation from the Merchant’s store.
If:
- the webhook does not contain valid reference data,
- tracking parameters are missing,
- the integration is incomplete, the sale may not be attributed.
The Merchant is responsible for proper integration.
3. VALID TRAFFIC REQUIREMENTS
Only legitimate, organic, and lawfully generated traffic qualifies for commission.
Valid traffic must:
- originate from genuine user interaction,
- comply with advertising laws,
- comply with platform rules (e.g., social media platforms),
- not involve automation or artificial amplification.
Infee reserves sole discretion in determining traffic validity.
4. PROHIBITED FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly prohibited:
- bot-generated traffic,
- click farms,
- automated scripts,
- cookie stuffing,
- forced redirects,
- invisible iframes,
- self-referrals,
- purchases by Influencer or related persons for commission generation,
- manipulation of tracking parameters,
- interference with webhook logic,
- concealment of orders (Merchant side),
- duplicate or artificial transactions.
Any attempt to circumvent attribution logic constitutes material breach.
5. FRAUD DETECTION METHODS
Infee may use:
- automated fraud detection systems,
- IP analysis,
- device fingerprinting,
- behavioral analytics,
- manual audits,
- anomaly detection algorithms.
Users acknowledge that certain detection methodologies may be confidential to protect system integrity.
6. INVESTIGATION PROCEDURE
If suspicious activity is detected:
1. The relevant commissions may be marked as “under review.”
2. Payouts may be temporarily suspended.
3. Additional documentation may be requested.
4. Campaigns may be paused.
Infee’s determination based on system data and reasonable analysis shall be considered final unless clear evidence proves otherwise.
7. COMMISSION INVALIDATION
Commissions may be invalidated if:
- traffic is determined invalid,
- orders are refunded or charged back,
- attribution rules were violated,
- Merchant data manipulation is detected.
Invalidated commissions:
- may be removed before payout,
- may be clawed back after payout,
- may result in account suspension.
8. MERCHANT-SIDE MANIPULATION
Merchants shall not:
- block or alter tracking integrations,
- omit orders,
- misrepresent order value,
- selectively transmit data.
If manipulation is detected, Infee may:
- suspend the Merchant account,
- demand correction,
- terminate the Agreement.
9. RIGHT TO WITHHOLD FUNDS
Infee reserves the right to:
- withhold disputed commissions,
- maintain reserve balances,
- delay payouts pending investigation.
Such actions do not constitute breach of contract.
10. TERMINATION FOR FRAUD
Confirmed fraudulent activity may result in:
- immediate account termination,
- forfeiture of unpaid commissions,
- permanent ban from the Platform,
- reporting to relevant authorities if required.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Infee shall not be liable for:
- commissions denied due to invalid traffic,
- tracking losses caused by user-side technical issues,
- platform restrictions imposed by third parties.
12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Infee may update attribution logic or fraud detection mechanisms at any time to protect system integrity.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
