Questions
What is Infee?
Infee is an affiliate marketplace and influencer marketing platform for online stores: stores list products with a commission, creators pick them and share their own tracked link, and the store pays only for confirmed sales — with a separate, budget-based product for AI-driven influencer campaigns, influencer discovery and UGC.
Who is Infee for?
Online stores — from small, growing shops to established brands — that want creators to sell their products, and creators who want to earn a commission on the products they recommend.
What is the difference between affiliate marketing and influencer marketing?
In affiliate marketing, a partner earns a commission on the sales they bring through a tracked link. In influencer marketing, a brand works with creators to reach their audience, often paying per post. Infee does both: a commission-only affiliate marketplace, and budget-based influencer campaigns with AI discovery, briefs and video review.
Who founded Infee?
Infee was founded by Marko Popović (Co-Founder & Tech / Product Lead) and Luka Dedić (Co-Founder & Sales Lead).
Do I pay anything before I sell?
On the affiliate marketplace, no. Nothing is paid in advance — no monthly fee, no setup fee. You connect your store, choose products and a commission rate for €0; charges start only when a creator brings a confirmed sale. Campaigns & Discovery works differently: you set a budget for each campaign.
What exactly do I pay when something sells?
Two things. The creator’s commission, at the rate you set (say 15% of the order). And Infee’s fee, which is 10% of that commission, paid on top. So if a creator’s sales earn her €165.30, Infee’s fee is €16.53 and your total is €181.83.
Do I have to find creators myself?
On the marketplace, creators find you: they browse your products and generate their own links. If you want creators found for you, that is Campaigns & Discovery — the AI suggests creators who fit your brand, scored 0–100, and they are invited to your campaign. You can also search the database by niche, followers and country.
How do campaigns work?
You set a budget for the campaign and either write the guidelines yourself — key messages, do’s and don’ts, hashtags — or leave them to Infee. From there it is AI-driven: creators who fit are found, scored and invited; the brief is written in any language and you can edit it; every submitted video is checked against the brief, with auto-approval above a threshold if you want it; and the likes, comments and views of every post are tracked. A Growth strategist can build a phased plan from a short interview first.
Can I use both?
Yes. Both run in the same store account. Many stores keep their products in the marketplace all year and plan a campaign when they want a specific push.
What if a customer returns the product?
Commissions are held through your return window. If the order is refunded, the commission is never paid out — and because Infee’s fee is 10% of the commission, there is no fee on it either.
Does it work with my store?
Yes. Shopify (one-click authorisation) and WooCommerce (a plugin) connect right away. On another platform, or running a custom-built store? Sign up and we’ll set up the connection with you straight after. Creators work on Instagram and TikTok.
How do creators get paid?
Through Stripe, straight to their bank account, once their commissions have cleared the return window. You don’t handle invoices or transfers yourself.
Can I pay a creator per post instead?
Inside a campaign, yes: a campaign can pay creators a fixed fee per post out of the budget you set, instead of or alongside commission. The marketplace itself is commission-only, which is why it costs nothing until a sale happens.
